The Facial Bar Concept
- Please respect our time and provide us with at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, this affects our team and appointments that we have booked later in the day. There is a chance that we will have to reschedule your appointment due to other booked appointments.
- We require clients to keep a credit or debit card on file when booking an appointment online or over the phone. Your card will not be charged when booking an appointment, however, if you are a no show, or if you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours prior, we will charge your card a fee.
- If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior, you will be charged 100% of your services booked.
- If you do not show up to your appointment, your card on file will be charged 100% of services booked.
Cancellation, Rescheduling & Late Arrival Policy
All promotions have an expiration date. If you are booking an appointment that has a current promotion, the service must be performed before the expiration date.

Private Event Policy
As licensed professional estheticians, we have the ability to service all skincare needs. However, if you feel you have a skincare concern and prefer to speak with an esthetician prior to booking your appointment, please call our spa at (224) 678-9336 to discuss your concerns further.

Please note that all prices are subject to change. This is noted on our printed service menus. We ask that you reference our website, booking page, and your confirmation email for an accurate service price.
Service Prices
If you have concerns with your lash extensions, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess the lashes and determine the appropriate solution.
48-Hour Adjustment Policy
We do not guarantee fills over another artist’s work. Depending on the condition, retention, and application of your existing extensions, a removal and new full set may be required.
Foreign Lash Extension Fills
To maintain the quality and longevity of your lash extensions, fills require a minimum of 50% of your extensions remaining. If less than 50% remains at the time of your appointment, an additional fee may apply to accommodate the additional time and product required to restore your desired fullness. For optimal results, we recommend scheduling your fills every 2–3 weeks.
