Drink Plenty of Water

You can start with the recommended eight 8-ounce glasses each day, but there are many factors to consider. Do you live in a dry climate? Did you lose a lot of sweat during a particularly good workout? Do you drink a lot of unsweetened tea or eat a lot of high water-containing vegetables? When it comes down to it, it’s hard to get too much water, so just make an effort to drink more water than you currently do and see how your skin responds. Chances are, you’ll love the results.
